iemanieHello to the Honeymooners,
Wow, and more wow. Hope that you can withstand the rest of the journey.
Sun. 11-16 Uncle Charlie called to tell me that he had been in the hospital in Indy for irreg. heart beat and high blood press. He went back to work last Fri., Sat. and Sun. so the M.D. had cleared him through tests. He and Martha are leaving Indy this coming Sat. to fly to Chicago, Tokyo, and Bangkok. Their return trip finishes up on 12-8. Maybe you'll see their contrails overhead?
High 36 today, crisp wind; low tonight about 26. Feeling better, now? The south end of Lake Michigan is expecting 6-12" of lake effect snow on Tues. Lucky them.
Unk had his first chemo treatment today; 1/day the rest of the week.
Hope your dad is doing okay with his, Heather. Talked to Elyse on Sat. She bit the bullet and bought a newer car (2004 Camray) hope it is a "beaut" vs. her towing trophy.

Leaves are all on Dan and Sam's lot thanks to the wind and Eddie's blower. Mostly the west wind. The duck hunters are still at it almost every a.m. Sometimes as the retrieve their decoys it looks like a newsreel of WW 2 in the North Atlantic.

Mom is schediling her knee replacement after Ed and Sarah's wedding.

She and I are bedding at the Alsots on Wed. and Thurs. nites; Laurie is attending a speech conf. at McCormick Place until Fri. late.
Niko graduates tonight. I have to get his cap and gown ironed before Meg comes over to pick up Mom for the Pomp and Circumstance march.

Much love. prayers and yearning to see you after Christmas, Love Dad
